1. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within the specified cancellation period stated at the time of booking.

  • Free cancellation within the permitted window

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges up to the full booking amount

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted when:

  • A booking is canceled within the free cancellation period

  • The room becomes unavailable due to unavoidable operational issues

  • Duplicate bookings are made by mistake

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some discounted or promotional rates may be non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
